I arrive with an intention to look at things differently. To watch as I look.

The viewer effect could be as interesting as the observer phenomena in sub-atomic physics or just some damn kid passing by and looking cool.

I’m struck at the quiet attention given to a work and how the viewers self consciousness disappears.

Now I am in Darwin and there is a different set of dynamics between place and space.

I can see that the focus on audiences is changing to focus on the spaces we inhabit. … more on this as this project grows.

Some of the works here are all about the viewer ( Skulptur Projekte Münster 2017, Geman Pavilion Venice ).

Some artists enjoy a subliminal secret messaging whispering intent and response.
